VIP Press Tour of Chanel Boutique in Place Vendôme, Paris

I attended a private media tour of the Chanel boutique in Paris located on Place Vendôme. This flagship sells exclusively Chanel Fine Jewellery and Time Pieces. One usually has to request an appointment to even be able to step inside this flagship as it’s mostly built for the VIP customers. I have previously worked in Dior Fine Jewellery in New York so this was quite an interesting experience for me! 
Chanel fine jewellery can be very whimsical with lots of celestial shapes but it is always tasteful, keeping within the house codes.

The store was recently designed by famed luxury architect, Peter Marino. The flagship encompasses two floors with extremely high ceilings. The interiors are exquisite with artistic modern sculptures and sleek arm chairs, couches, and private rooms where customers can relax as they try on jewels.
 Coco Chanel loved astrology, numerology, and the star motif. You see a running theme of this throughout most of the jewelry pieces. She loved the number 5 as it was her personal numerological number, as well as the lion figure, as Leo was her zodiac sign.


I love fine jewellery so this was very special tour for me.
